Actually, If someone was farsighted enough, then this building can be brought to life. For starters, it can have a fresh coat of paint or murals on the concrete facade. Second, it ought to be cleaned thoroughly from the inside and the revolving restaurant + convention center
should be opened to the public. It never opened because of the security concerns, but now we do have the devices to control/monitor suspicious loiters. This property is located amidst a beautiful landscaped park cum sports complex. Just a little bit of jazzing up, and Delhi can earn loads of money from it!

Yeah and quite well managed too. The air is cleaner from the CNG public transport, and the wide and smooth roads with well planned flyovers, interchangers and underpasses have really transformed New Delhi.

New Dheli is much more of a governing city that runs things than a livable city, but the architecture of the government buildings is always nice.

Yeah that it is....but right next door you have Gurgaon which is an entertainment hub, Noida and G.Noida which are future infotech hubs and Ghaziabad/Faridabad with plenty of real-estate activity.
