actually a debate is still going on. No one is clear about the actual height of the signature tower. They are saying that it may vary anywhere from 90 to 112 floors. When they marketed their venture, they said it would be 90 and some on site engineers say it is 110 and so on. Only time will unravel the actual floor count

The tall tower is interesting tilted-looking... gives the idea that is built at an angle. Good job on the design!

From International Construction Intelligence magazine July, 2007:

The magazine lists it as 112 stories, yet again confirming that magic number

It looks taller than 600 meters. It might get taller than Russia Tower and Chicago Spire.

The building next to the tallest one has 35 floors which equals ~120 meters if every floor is 3.4 meters. That building is 3 cm in the picture and the tallest one is 16 cm. So that we can calculate that the tallest one is ~640 meters. [(16x120):3]=640

Pretty tall. Probably the upper part wont be habitable because it gets too narrow to live comfortably.

They were displayed in I would guess a sales office at the Lanco Hills site

What's interesting is that they have been marketing this tower as the tallest residential tower in Asia. We've all assumed that that would be highest number of floors, but the design of the tower is such that at 112 fl, it may not have the most floors, but the roof height may well push toward that 'tallest' mark. The pointy tip of the building is definitely a feature of the building itself and would not be considered as spire.
