Baltimore has an interchange over water. It's quite spectacular, actually. City real estate is too valuable for highways!

It looks like it does or is supposed to link up to the Incheon Bridge, so I'd think so, particularly considering the only reason anyone ever justified Songdo at all is because of its proximity to the airport.

After all ... a mirage story Incheon Tower ended '151 'Incheon
gyeongjecheong "built vaporization" ... Change Convention agreed with SLC enforcer

Kyobo Consortium, Song 6 and 8 whether to continue to develop tools 'attentions'

Promote the release of a landmark Songdo Incheon Tower will eventually negate layer was 151.
