Yep. The threads name is sort of misleading because Tower 1 is not under construction. There's not even a signed contract. A tower which could be under construction within 2 years is the Grand Hyatt or also Tower 2. (113m)

Great renders, not a fan of the drive leading up to the main structure, it seems a little detrimental from the rest of the city grid. But otherwise beautiful project.

No, since parts of the project are U/C already.

I'm not sure, perhaps we should divide the different projects into separate threads.
But after all, it's a masterplan project which was planned as a whole.

The skyscrapers section is about skyscrapers only, you know this. Most projects here are part of masterplans and the rule is that the thread is only shown in this section when the skyscraper part of the whole masterplan is U/C, which right now isn't the case. We're not going to make half of Skyscrapercity believe that they're working on a skyscraper while they're actually working on a mall or a swimming pool. It's misleading. Putting different parts of the masterplan into separate threads could be a solution.

We could also just move it to the General Urban Developments forum, until the construction of the towers starts.

ni3ls is right about this, except that the thread-title should not be proposed since the towers are approved already

good update. Those round concrete could well be the ramps for the garage.

Looks almost a bit like Dubai.
Thanks for sharing these pictures. Is it true that the proposals about the Grand Hyatt are cancelled ?
