What a huge surprise! I already almost gave up the faith in the advancement of this project … Excellent that it'll now be finally realized!

I think I'll be the first person that enters this complex the day it's finished!

And according to another article of the same newspaper where Mr. Schwarz, Frankfurt cities planning supervisor was interviewed, there is a real gold rush upcomming in Frankfurt regarding new scyscrapers. I think we have to expect quite some additional projects here...

btw. there are several public or semi-public spaces in the upper floors of skyscrapers in frankfurt. the main tower of course, but also japan tower, eurotheum, the inter-continental, marriott, the holiday inn, etc ... you don't have to be a quest to visit them oh and I bet the new UEC hotel tower will also have something public on the top floors...

An interesting Render of the future UEC with! the proposed Millenium Tower, which would be the new highlight for Frankfurt if Built.

almost everything in europe looks like a toy compared to the mt, even the federation towers

and this is just the 365m version - during the symbolic foundation stone ceremony there were figures between 385 and 389m in the news

http://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams/?28335941

anyway ... nice rendering. I had no idea the hotel tower will be so close to the proposed tower at guterplatz (the green space to the right of the smaller tower).

Great finding

Comparing it with Tower 1 there are two possibilities, either this the old Tower 1 version with 180 meters or MT is here more like 400 meters. But never mind, main thing is that we will see it being built asap.

Yes, the rest of the skyline would look like a midrise cluster. I rather have a two 200-250m towers than one 370m tower.

Depends. If they change the design of the MT into something worth of a landmark building, reduce the width and so on it could be a fantastic addition to the skyline.

the Millenium Tower would be awesome.
Does somebody know when a decision is going to be made if the tower will be built?
