Renders (interior)

Did we already have these interior renders of the offices?

Just found them on the Vivico homepage.

Anyway, this project is called "Skyline Plaza" now. Some mod should change the title (I can't do so)

Did we already have those renders around?
They seem pretty old, but post-worthy nonetheless.

What's this exactly and is it just proposed or actually under construction soon?

only the old ones already posted in this thread.. i think they currently redesign the mall and add the conference center to it, but i guess they will publish some new renderings before construction starts.

yes, they'll start will the smaller tower first after the "frost period". we still don't know if it will be 150m, 160m or 165m high, also the final design is still unpublished (if already decided).

Can't wait to see the big one go up, and I've loved it since the first time I saw it.

Let's hope we'll see some construction soon.

anyways... so they will start with the hotel first?
hope we will see construction process soon !

By the way... i might move to Frankfurt next month. Is Frankfurt an exciting City or is it boring? Is there a great amount of public facilities?

i wouldn`t call it boring, but you just cannot compare it to other cities with such skylines. its only about 700k citizens small, but since its center of rhein-main metropolitan region it has a lot of public-facilities, like famous museums, opera, theatre, zoo, and an expensive nightlife with some famous clubs (cocoon, kingkamehameha) and of course eintracht frankfurt (more or less famous bundesliga club)

Frankfurt is very different, Munich still has most of its old city left and has a certain southern german aura. its also a lot more posh of a city and has a distinctive bavarian charm to it.
Frankfurt on the other hand is the financial capital of germany. much more modern and americanized

Munich is a lot more conservative than Frankfurt for a start. It has much more history in it's central city, which also has more facilities. Frankfurt itself is rather dull actually. It's a pleasant enough place, but being a banking/business city more than anything else, the best way to describe it is "functional". There is nothing grand in Frankfurt. No real landmarks (of international value) and very very few tourist attractions - at least for an international tourists. About the only thing worth visiting here if travelling from another country is the Main Tower to give a view over the city.

Architecturally, besides the skyscrapers which do look impressive on a local or European scale, though nothing special internationally, the city is quite bland. Most central city architecture is cheap post war constructions, though it does improve in the surrounding neighbourhoods and suburbs, and in the metro area.

To live though it is pleasant enough. Only a couple of small rough area's, and a fair amount to do in the wider metropolitan area. But it is never a city I would recommend anyone to visit. When friends come to visit me from overseas, it takes about a half day for them to see the main sights and they are never impressed.

Munich, although it is a city I could never live in due to it's rather conservative nature, does have a bit more of interest for tourists. Though my favourite German cities are Hamburg and Berlin which I recommend to anyone.
