This tower has 60 floors, but why is its height only 150 metres? 150 metres is 492 feet. 492 feet is way too short to fit 60 storeys in! This is a office tower, not a residential building. Can't you change the height to 200 metres?

At this point, there is no news of it. The first phase of construction is not yet complete at the Expo centre, this building is supposed to be built in the second or third phase.
