Is it me or is the construction going at a snail's pace? Almost no progress in six months.

For today they have approached to reception of the total expertise. They are planning to finish a "zero cycle" for 7-8 months, to leave the earth. Construction is planning to finish by 2011. |

The rent for the ground by FC CSKA was ended in 2009, and they didn't finish the stadium (economic crisis..). Ministry of Defence (who owns this ground there) and club will decide next actions in court at March, 18.
If MoD will not prolong rent, they themselves will build the stadium and CSKA will rent it. If MoD will prolong rent, CSKA will build it and will own it. January: |

Always when Russia starts getting ahead it falls down again. A never ending cycle.

Also, the important thing is that CSKA is building stadium only on private money of their president. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Not sure I would blame America, we have no recession in Australia so we are fine in spite of America's woes. Russia needs to diversify and open up it's economy. Allow private land ownership and it'll be as prosperous as anywhere. Russia should be the wealthiest nation in the world with all the natural wealth it has. You need new management. |

This is the crisis of the dollar financial-credit system. Dollar, as you should know, is a typical financial pyramid (they are printing dollars to repay old debts, and it is the circle). The "crisis" is an objective end of this system, because for existing, this system need to expand (that's why US puppets are ruining other country's economics and then IMF are giving them dollars, expanding and creating new members of pyramid), BUT it's nowhere to expand anymore. And the pyramid is crushing.
? It is already LOL.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The American credit issues are more to do with their banks failure to do due diligence on who they lend money to. We do not have the problem at all because our banks only lend money to those can afford to pay it back. America will bounce back. They have too many businesses with services and products that people want to bGB Where does CSKA draw it's suppor from? Does Dynamo still get its support from the old NKVD/KGB/FSB? Good news. President of the club told that all the problems with the construction had been settled and it will continue this spring.
"I hope that 1,5 year later we will get a new stadium" - he said. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ^1.5 years. The guy must be German to be that accurate. The soil at the construction site is probably still frozen solid, so it will need to thaw out before anything more happens. So Russia allows private ownership, how much would they be willing to sell CSKA for? That would be pretty cool, owning the Central Russian Army team and being an Aussie. I would be able to use the team as a political front to take on the despots running the country. |

Oh, please, get out with your "despots". Mass Media is just fuckin your brains already many decades about Russia and seems like you love it very much..
Maybe the problems in despots in UK/USA, which destabilised the world so much in last years that the world is near the huge catastrophe and big wars under false pretexts.. I just hate when people are eating lies without any doubt and when they don't have a clue about theme. |
