I had no idea there are so many Neo-Classic inspired houses in Exarhia....
Why is this so ? Has the "bad" reputation of the area kept land prices low and developers out ? |

well.. exarchia used to be a rich neighbourhood... but you can still try to find low prices on real estate ... ( i live here ) ... trust me.. you wont find anything cheap...
i'll be back with more photos...
