Also kumar coutoure is rebranded as kul coutoure and is APP from the looks of their website. Doesn't look like they've started construction yet. Sky forest and sky suites are on hold. Nice list though, what a vertical blitzkrieg in the past decade

Guys, I see this "Joyous Housing Tower" in these lists for the past 3-4 years. Anything on it? Maybe it is canceled or something.

Also the Oasis, it is U/C and not just APP. Right?

Ah, I wasn't sure the exact floor count of the Bhendi Bazaar towers. I'll add these to the list.

Further to your post, experience suggests Mumbai's ... hehe ... 'builder mafia' is good at under-invoicing. Also publicity shy. So while market driven action is heating up, secrecy is increasing too. Global recession will be over one day, and Mumbai will take off double-double, maybe after election in '14.
