Dont worry, I highly doubt that will be the location.

There are not many vacant plots left in Ras Beirut so I hope soon we can narrow down the exact location.

There is no palm trees in Hamra and there is no street named Ras-Beirut. I think that the location is on Avenue de Paris (Corniche)

Well, according to the renderings (see the view from the balconies) it is some place near Jeanne d'Arc Street. (Maybe next week, I'll tour the area.)

To the best of my knowledge, this tower is not on Avenue de Paris.

Nowadays, palm trees are planted all over Beirut. As for Hamra, at the top of my head I recall several planted along the sidewalk of the Crown Plaza Hotel. So it is not unlikely that the developers would plant some.

I used to live in front of this lot. There was a very beautiful old building before it, much nicer than this project.
