COLUMBUS | The Condominiums at North Bank Park | 267ft | 20 fl | T/O

I guess it's a little late to be starting a thread on this one, but I've been very curious about it, and I was wondering if anyone has any information on it.

Render from Emporis:

What I do know: The Condominiums at North Bank Park are being built in downtown Columbus, Ohio, near the Arena District. Designed by 360 Architecture, they're being built by the Nationwide company, which is based only several blocks away. The condos overlook the Scioto River.

The Official Website.

Driving by it today the glass just seems a bit dull to me-not like the render very much-less refllective and a bit gray. Still nice though.

Hopefully when it's finished and they clean it off, it'll be a little more.. vibrant.

And nice to see I'm not the only skyscraper freak around here.

Projects under 300 feet belong in the General Urban Development forum. I'm moving this there.
