Aspen, Colorado

This photo thread of Aspen, Colorado will be in two parts (at least initially). Comments and corrections are welcome!


The beautiful Maroon Bells close to Aspen are some of the most
photographed peaks in the USA.

Roaring Fork Transportation Authority operates the buses in Aspen.




Rubey Park Transit Center.




Hyatt Grand Aspen.

Brand Building.




During the summer you can get to Aspen from Denver via Independence Pass. There you have a
view of Mount Elbert, which is Colorado's tallest at 14,440 feet or 4,401 m.

Beautiful stuff. The town looks a lot smaller than i expected. Being a major winter tourist spot and with the X-Games, i was expecting more development.
