Hey this is COOL!!!! Very very nice for Cebu. I love these types of developments that seem to sprout out of nowhere...

I do hope that this building won't have a firewall. The immediate areas look like houses based on the aerial so the building will be clearly visible all over the city.

i've read from istorya that construction will commence this September. i'm not sure if this is true though. i just hope it is...

passed by there last Sunday... restaurants and coffee shops are still there and the place is teeming with people from the nearby schools and hospitals who were really enjoying their break... there is no demolition activity and i can still see the rendering (signage about the project)...

i once dined at sugbo-silog which is inside the lot. they said that their contract will expire by december and construction will start after that, so maybe by first quarter of next year.

maayo untag naay itukod diha sa parking lot sa robinsons atbang sa chong hua. that's a prime lot. the skyline of the fuente area will surely be spectacular in the next 10 years
