I'm confused. I thought this building was suppose to be predominantly a hotel with a few small office units in the lower floors (the Podium being mostly parking). Is this going to be strictly an office building now?

If it is still going to be predominantly a hotel, its kinda silly that it made a huge effort to get a PEZA designation for the teeny tiny office space it would have....unless PNoy really has nothing better to do....

you are correct...originally, it's a mix development office/hot-res/retail but
looks like they've changed plan...siguro, meron pa rin for small offices and
for hotel-res but looks like some floor plans were revised for IT/BPO locators.
Perhaps, ang owner has received many inquiries from the I.T. / BPO Sectors which
encouraged them to change plan and the best way to attract BPO locators is to
have the building PEZA Registered for Tax Perks.

Nakapagtataka kasi, normally, mag-aaply muna sa PEZA bago mag contruct
ng building or in the early stage of construction...pero 'eto, late na sila nag-apply
with PEZA...isa lang ang ibig sabihin, they've changed plan
