i think they should expand the casino, not just for foreigners but for locals too

ya want to protect vietnamese from gambling in VN so instead southern vietnamese cross over the border to cambodia to spend millions of USD
northern VN cross the border to china to spend million of USD

basically Vietnam set up doson casino for foreigners, china and cambodia set up traps for VN. in the end it's all the same

like singapore that Lee dude promised no casino on the island whatsoever, but singapore go to Macao, HongKong, Maylay, Thailans and gamble millions of USD....now singapore has to build casino

what can bring people to Hai Phong but casino? maybe a red light district too?
