That highway in/around Naples/Napoli is incredible! Here are some nice photos from Switzerland to Croatia and back, including Italy.

These are the speedlimits in Italy:
 Autostrade=Motorways: 130 km/h Extraurbane Principali=Main Roads outside cities/Freeways: 110 km/h Extraurbane Secondarie=Secondary Roads outside cities/other Freeways: 90 km/h Centri Urbani=Urban Roads: 50 km/h |

 Highways normally got 130 km/h speed limit, while for freeways is 110 km/h (but in some case even 90 km/h) But there are even infrastructures ranked as urban (expressways) with a speed limit of 70 km/h I don't know if the last one is the case of Genova el

anyway, there are some road systems really impressive, as all the urban connections of Genoa. Really incredible.
maybe not so nice, but useful.

My favorite one is Bologna-Firenze. Incredible.

Yeah. Bologna-Firenze is a very nice route. The part before (Milan-Bologna for me) is pretty boring.

Wow, Italy certainly has some very impressive viaducts! (That would be torn down in the USA)
I love tight urban viaducts like those, the world should have more. They aren't eyesores if done right! |
