It's fake, where did you see it?

Oh is that so?

Anyways, to answer your question:
It's one of the pics from some launch or media test drive session for the Lamborghini Huracan (where the event took place in Italy, Germany as well as in Marabella, Spain)

It's not fake, it's a temporary plate issued to Motorizzazione Civile of Ferrara.
Look here, page 4.

Ooh that's interesting.

So with that said, I guess it's similar to manufacturer plates then.

Question though:
Can these be used in a way that is similar to the Zoll tourist plates that they have in Germany?

I would think that it would be nice to be able to pick-up your Made in Italy car, drive it around Italy (during your tourist vacation) for a few days.......then return it to the manufacturer so they can ship it to your home country

Sort of like those EUROPEAN DELIVERY programs.......or in this case, Italian Delivery

Maybe it's better specified, because there are lots of SP14's, for instance, in other provinces.
So, how should I specify it, SP14 "Rivoltana", SP14-Rivoltana or SP14-Milan?

1. The works will be started in end of April.
2. The lots 6 and 7 (until 'Ispica-Pozzallo') have to be completed within December 2015.
Have the A18 works been started yet? Are Lot 6 and 7 one or two "section" (to be opened at once or individual)? Any information about the section length(s)?

SP14 Milan is more informative. SP14 "Rivoltana" is correct, but it refers both to Milan and Bergamo stretches.

That bridge is in service since 2007. There are two more Calatrava bridges in that spot, not visible in that picture.

Calatrava also designed the A1 toll booth in that very same spot and the HST station, also in Reggio Emilia.

I'm not a fan of his work, to be honest.

Calatrava just enlarged the Italian design by 300% in 2 seconds and got a couple of million dollars for that work

Calatrava is being prosecuted in Italy for its awful job with Venice bridge...

EDIT: And may I add, Italian design needs no Calatrava...

I never quite liked the motorway bridge in RE. I prefer the rather ordinary HSR bridge, namely when trains whizz by. And the station is ok-ish.

The New York Times had published an expose on Calatrava. Almost all of his projects over last 20 years had massive cost overruns and some had serious design functionality problems, such as the the concert house in Valencia.
