I'm sure that someone else, maybe a local or someone related with the motorway construction will film it. Nowadays the most irrelevant thing ends up on Youtube, let alone something of national relevance, that will receive a lot of media coverage.

For example, here a full video of the A35, uploaded 10 days after the inauguration.

According to the ANAS website, the section of A36 (Pedemontana Lombarda) between SS35 (Lentate sul Seveso) and A4 (Osio Sotto) will open in 2021. Works haven't started yet.

WOW, coincidence, I was looking at that map on ANAS website some half hour ago. Nice to see that much green.

There is also the same map for SS 106 Jonica, the expressway now in construction on the other coast of Calabria.

Slowly but steadily, Calabria is getting one hell of an infrastructure network.

Inauguration of enlarged A4, between San Donà and Quarto d'Altino (18.5 km) is going to take place next 18 November. The day before, the new bridge over Piave river, part of the enlargement, is going to be separately inaugurated.
We like inaugurations.

A21 racc is not part of the main alignment of A21. Racc = raccordo = spur/connector.

Its official name is raccordo autostradale Ospitaletto-Montichiari, first sector opened in 2012.

My video is about A21 racc, not A21.

In this picture you can see A21, going south from Brescia, and A21 racc (called Raccordo Ospitaletto-Montichiari) as a sort of bypass of Brescia, crossing existing A21 at right angles.

First section of A21 racc was opened in 2012.

31 May 1973: 157 km of A21 opens from Torino to Piacenza, completing the motorway.

According to Italian wikipedia the Turin-Piacenza section was opened between 1968 and 1969: the Piacenza-Brescia stretch was completed in 1973.

There is an Excel file with almost every opening date of Italian autostrade.

That's very interesting but I am afraid it's wrong. Website of SATAP SpA, the Turin-Piacenza concessionaire, states:

Quote:
La concessione venne ottenuta nel febbraio 1963, l'anno successivo iniziarono i lavori che durarono più di 5 anni. L'arteria entrò progressivamente in funzione tra il dicembre'68 e il dicembre '69.
Quote:
Concession was granted in February 1963; works, which lasted more than 5 years, began the following year. The stretch was open at stages between December 1968 and December 1969
