English media reported the motorway has been under construction for the last 50 years.

That is stupidity, it was built 50 years ago. It worked for decades just fine, until it started to be rebuilt piece by piece

Mmm, hit and miss.
I wouldn't go to Genoa, rather to the little towns around it

NSA 326 and NSA 344 now are called "autostrada Sistiana-Rabuiese" (without number...) even if:

1) NSA 326 and a stretch of NSA 344 aren't a motorway (signals are blue)
2) NSA 326 and NSA 344 are different roads

Quite strange. And what about RA 13 and SS 202?

RA13 actually doesn't exist.

In fact, it shouldn't be a highway, and it's classified by ANAS as "raccordo autostradale a viabilità statale ordinaria".

It should have blue signs, for example.

RA13 is a denomination used only on signs along the road.

Yes, of course it exist. Is there, people drive on that everyday.

But there is no such thing as "RA13" in ANAS official papers.

Stelvio & Umbrail Passes open to traffic tomorrow

Most Swiss high passes still have a winter closure.

Still, however, on the website, which has the new A Sis-Rab as well (look at the drop down box).

Also, Sistiana is the A4 end of the RA13, so presumably the 'number' would extend when they make the RA13 Autostrade - either by simply working out that it is one, or by upgrades.

Then why is the new designation "Sistiana-Rabuiese" and not "Padriciano-Rabuiese", and why is it broken by SS 202?

That was fast. Google Earth imagery dated April 2014 shows no construction on this route.

I wonder when SP46 opened to traffic. Google Earth imagery dated 2001 shows it was already in service.
