I passed by it thousands of times this year and last year but I didn't see any construction going on. BUT the foundations are already digged.
btw, the name of this tower is "Pine Park Residence" because it overlooks Beirut's pine park.

Was there a billboard/sign posted outside the construction site?

How did you find out the name?

It's a beautiful building. It fits well to the surrounding. I love the color of the yellow stones as well.

Guys, I don't know if you agree or not, but this area should be surrounded with high-rises and luxurious towers. I mean building low rises facing the park is pointless since it's a very coveted spot to buy apartments and houses. You see the two old buildings on each of the "tower's" side, they should be replaced with high-rises, also to many old buildings in the area and empty lands. It would look so glamorous and a there would be a proper combination of green and cement.
