Can we just get some clarification mainly because i dont actually know where the Warehouse Project is held?
If i am in the Store Street tunnel looking out of town there is a car park in the undercroft to my left and beyond that several arches (which are now empty). I was under the impression the WP was in this car park to my left. Is it not? Anyway - beyond all that all the arches on the left of Store Street have been granted Licences because these will hopefully all converted into bars and restaraunts at the base of the tower. Inacity applied for a 'blanket' licence of the whole site a when the planning app went in.

Inacity are proposing a large amount of parking and so they may want to join the new parking with the current. Also, the undercroft would act as a good base for the workmen i would imagine.
I doubt very much they will change it during construction. It wont be build ontop of, thats for sure. |

A quick question guys (to those in the know)...
Is this being redesigned or is it a legal/contractual hold-up? Could it be being made taller?

The people who know aren't saying Bio.(Understandable) Those that don't know like myself can only guess. Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't the project been sold/part sold to another developer?(Sure the info was posted a while back) If so, they're probably looking at the project cost/design/height again.(Guessing) Apparently there will be an announcement soon.

Thanks jrb. I would have thought they could give a little hint as to why it isn't announced yet.
If it is a new developer then it could well be a wholesale redesign. Does this site have PP or will it be a fresh submission? At work I hear rumours of buildings in Mcr, but naturally given my geographical location, sometimes find them difficult to pinpoint

We can all just speculate, but I still think that logically, this will kick-off when there's a pre-let on the hotel............to be announced soon?

If you've heard about a re-designed tower, it could well be Albany Asset's Crown Building?

![]() It's not Crown. I can't really say (partially because I don't know a great deal, but partially because I know enough, and if someone else joins the dots I'l get into trouble ), but it's one of your tallest and I think it could be a redesign.Anyhows, you'll be happy if I'm right
