, in one of the articles they said that one tower will be taller than the ESB. 400-450m sounds possible for me, but we'll see what will come

for all we know, the 1,400 foot height of the midtown building could include a spire. all this talk is just speculation until we get more information.

yeah, the tower could include a spire taller than the Freedom Tower.
