I will let you guys Rate a foriegn Scraper hows about one From Poland haha
Warsaw Trade Tower 208m. Its located in the new Wola business district and is the first of 11 skyscrapers that will be located in the Area. ps has the fastest lift in Europe

Strange mish-mash of styles, but I think I like it! I'll give it 7/10 on the design!
edited to add, just noticed the 7.5 option, I shall go for that.
