LOL: Test your knowledge about the Metro - Guess the stations

I found this neat little game while browsing the web. Can you guess where the stations are along Line 4?

http://www.purposegames.com/game/par...-stations-quiz

I only got a 55% LOL

--------------------
Here is a quiz about the entire system, including RER stations. Can you guess what station serves what line? Or is it a transfer station? (serving multiple lines).

I only knew some of the interchange stations along Line 4, and the north & south termini.

I was reading through the French Wiki today (translated in English of course) and the recent postings as of late April/early May, 2011 have the following, although I don't know how accurate they are.

*8 MP05 on test along Line 1
*8 MF01 on test along Line 5
*1 MP89CC in preparation for transfer to Line 4

It seems consistent with my information.
The french wikipedia article about Paris metro are often very accurate, those are written by people who really know well the metro and have contacts with RATP.

Bad news : there will be delay for the first driverless train on line M1 (september 2011). The reasons are not known.

Ouch, no bueno.

At least the MP 89CC gets to go on Line 4, although the only one for a while.

===============================

With all these delays on Line 1, does the chance increase that MP 59s could still be on Line 4 when Montrouge station opens in 2012?

===============================

Question for you Minato (or anyone else who may know the answer)

On the French Wiki, supposedly some of the MP 89 CC trains have "special" characteristics? But I cannot understand anything about what they mean.

For instance, I translated the following using Google.

Quote:
Macarons représentant le logo de la RATP sur chaque face avant. It is also the first train that was transferred on line 4 (the night of 11 to 12 April 2011) [4] . C'est également la première rame qui a été transférée sur la ligne 4 (dans la nuit du 11 au 12 avril 2011)
English translation:

Service trains of the Paris Metro

Just out of curiousity, what types of service trains exist on the Paris Metro system? I've seen videos of the tractor Sprague & the converted MF67, as well as the TME. But do other such trains exist?

Line 5 - 1988 (I don't think this was previously posted here with the old 1988 era videos)

The photo below has answered my question.

From the photos that I've seen of the other MP 89CC trains, this is the only one that has the RATP logo on the front. The other trains do not.

=========================================

Now to my earlier ponderance.......the automated onboard station announcements.

What do we have for Line 4? Is it a female voice? Or a male voice?

It is a male voice for the station name and "the mind the gap" in french, and female voices for the "mind the gap" in english and spanish.

MP89
