Porte d'Orléans
Enlarging the northbound platform for the construction of a new exit, it is weird to see that this was before the main departure track of Porte d’Orléans no longer exist.

Porte d’Orléans will be closed next weekend for accessibility works.

^ that was done really fast. They are moving ahead with the works at a very good pace. Also I noticed that they are changing the surface in all the station.

That will be great! For automation prep I assume.

UPDATE: The MF 01 for Line 9 from Symbioz (7/27):

*#001 from M2 remains along the M9 corridor for driver training.
*#s 096, 097, 098 are in operation along M5.
*#s 099, 100 are in preparation for revenue service for M5.
*#101 is expected to be delivered to the RATP by 8/27.

Notice the gap in deliveries during August. But August is a generally SLOW month for transit right?

Not really, it may help for the construction of platform doors but these works are for the new entrances.
Porte d’Orléans will become a step free station with lifts.

Yes, August is a slow month in France for almost everything.

I see.

M5 and the MF 01.

This video seems to have been taken right before the full closure of the segment south of Bastille.

M1 and the MP 05.

I've noticed that the announcements have changed yet again. I only hear a French "Doors open on the left" message at Esplanade de La Defense.

The opposite would be hard because this section will reopen in the 1st September.

Yes, the "Doors open on the left" announcement is only in french now, the other messages are still in four languages.

Yes it would. The scaffolding was the give away.

That is not good. I think all onboard messages should still be multi-lingual. But then again, the RATP is always trying out different things I guess.

Looks like Symbioz is temporarily down due to server problems. Hopefully they will be back up soon.

Porte d'Orléans
The height of the platforms have been increased but they haven't put the new flooring.

But it only goes for a few dozens of meters, right? Do they detect if someone failed to alight?

I risk almost nothing (maybe a fine if there is somebody from the RATP) but I am still too afraid to do it.
I heard that there are announcements to reassure passengers who forgot to get off.

There's a video I embeded somewhere here of someone who filmed the MP 05 doing a reversal past LaDefense. It's not that exciting in my opinion. Just a garage.

BTW: I will have a blog post tomorrow on the MF 01 - Line 9.
EDIT: My post about the MF 01 on Line 9 is now up!
