Luxury lifestyle provider and the region's largest private sector master developer, DAMAC Properties, today unveiled DAMAC Heights - its first branded tower.

The launch of the iconic 90-storey tower is part of DAMAC's exciting promotion during the Dubai Summer Surprises 2007.

Located in the prestigious Dubai Marina overlooking the Palm Jumeirah, DAMAC Heights features the most exclusive penthouses, duplexes, 3, 2 and 1 bedroom apartments. At the launch, DAMAC has also announced a host of other promotions revolving around all its Dubai-based properties during DSS 2007 - the 72-day-long shopping and retail extravaganza which gets under way on June 21.

Every purchase of a property at DAMAC Heights or any other DAMAC property worth AED350000 during DSS 2007 entitles the buyer to enter a draw, where one luxury car from the bouquet of one Bentley Continental, two Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe cars and two Lamborghini Gallardo Coupe cars will be raffled. The draws will be held every second week commencing 5th of July at the Mall of the Emirates.

A customer gets 14 days to put in the eligibility amount for any DAMAC apartment - equivalent to 20% of the value of the unit - to be eligible for the raffle.

DAMAC gave a brand new ECLIPSE 500 Jet, worth AED5.5 million to one lucky customer amongst the first 700 properties bought during DSF 2006. I remember seeing 105 floors for this one before, and now it is 90 floors. If there was a reduction of floors, wouldn't the height be reduced as well? Or was the 105 just an estimation?

On www.aedas.com (under projects / middle east & africa / residential) they still say 105F 460 meters and the design is slightly different, so I think the height should be different, but propably still above the 400 meters mark.
