Sadly, many developers have always been quick to 'doctor' photos and dates in any way they can...

Dubai is suffering of major hybris. And alot of the tower looks like copies of other known towers from the world.

BTW, the water level is higher on Jan 8th, compared with Dec 23rd. Would that be a high/low tide issue, or it shouldn't matter at all (I guess)?
