This tower is going nowhere fast imo. We haven't had a picture update since July 4th and if you go back in this thread you will see that hardly any progress has been made in the past 15+ months.

How did this project get back in the U/C section? I thought it was on hold.

Actually yes, it seems to be some workers but the last picture we had of the site is around 3 months old and we can see that it hasn't changed at all.

If the work had really started, in 3 months, there should have been lots of changes. I can't believe so many workers need 3 months just to put some plastic.

When Trident officially started construction of Pentominium (OK, I know Trident is definitely not a reference but at the very beginning, the work was going well), it was possible to see real differences week after week. Here, in 3 months, nothing happens.

I think it's more or less what happens on Dubai Pearl. When some official updates are posted, we can always see many workers but at the end of the day, the building is almost on hold.

Surely you're not implying that Dubai is full of dishonest developers??

ok, you tell me. i look at the site from my balcony every day and night. the site has been flooded for months before. so if you belive the only thing they have done in the meantime was putting a couple of plastic bags that's fine. all load-bearing plastic bags i presume.
