We actually don't have a clue how many floors. Aedas say 105, this article about Zetas says 98 and other random news articles say 90.
I'm going to change to 98 for now. I recon 98 is the total floors, 90 is the number of residential floors, and 105 is including the basements.

Imre has spread the news "piling starts soon" on September 5th in the UAE section.
And actually I guess that the machines and stuff on the site behind Infinity Tower belong to the DAMAC heights
and not to the Infity Tower project on these recent pics by CharlieBigPotatoes:

Especially that green pile driver indicates IMO, that the preparation of DAMAC Heights has started

I confess I don't like a lot of the buildings going up in Dubai, but this one I like. I think it is very contemporary and it looks like a modern sculpture to me.

Hopefully the progress wont be anything like ocean heights one. guh, these two towers are incredible, I wish they would put a move a move on it.

Ocean Heights was late STARTING, but the actual building has gone fast. We haven't gotten pictures for a while, but from what I've heard it's actually rising faster than the other three supers near it.

oh thanks hollie, last I heard it was sorta stuck on like floor 11. Its actually the building I'm looking most forward too, and this one is a great compliment to it.
