Any details regarding the length of the tunnels?
Anytime
About 2km of ~40 will be in tunnels - the longest of them will have about 900m, two of ~350 meters and two of 200 meters in length.

Some good news on the bridge-building front...work on Belgrade's new ~170 million euro Zemun-Borca bridge has entered a new phase - construction crews will now start drilling the foundations for the main support beams.

Along with the bridge, ~21km of a new "SMT" (northern tangent road) expressway will be built as well:

...meanwhile, after a quite protracted bureaucratic process, the necessary licences & permits have now been issued, allowing for the long-awaited reconstruction of Novi Sad's iconic road & rail Zezelj bridge to finally begin

According to officials, Subotica bypass, some 23km in length, will be completed by the end of this year's construction season. It was originally supposed to open this May but due to the financial problems of one of the main contractors (another has now been brought in) work had slowed down.

Beograd - Boljare

Let's recap for a moment...

* Beograd - Obrenovac: construction start 2012?
* Obrenovac - Ub: construction start 2012?
* Ub - Lajkovac: construction began late 2010, completion 2014?
* Lajkovac - Ljig: not under construction?
* Ljig - Čačak: construction began 20 april 2012, completion mid-2015?
* Čačak - Boljare: not under construction

Is this correct?

One word that I personally don't really like is being thrown around once again - "concession" - as a way to finance some of these sections such as Beograd-Obrenovac-Ub and Lajkovac-Ljig. Apparently, Austria's Strabag is interested and negotiations are already underway.

Regarding Beograd-Obrenovac section, it's not yet completely clear which motorway path has been chosen - left or right bank of the Sava river. One requires an expensive bridge, the other possibly even more expensive repair of landslide-prone Umka area.

Also mentioned are Novi Sad - Ruma - Sabac expressway with a tunnel under Fruska Gora national park and a new Sava river bridge near Sabac as well as the ~22km Section C of Belgrade's motorway bypass - with a new bridge across Danube.

Some photos I made today - the construction of Nis-Dimitrovgrad (Bulgarian border) motorway:

Before we reached it, we flew over the famous Sichevo gorge, where the actual road linking Sofia and Belgrade passes with several tunnels:

Nice map indeed. So there are no real plans yet south of Požega?

There are always plans - the real problem concerns financing.
The section south of Pozega, towards Boljare, is estimated to cost at least two billion euros, quite possibly much more.
Costs of the Belgrade-Pozega motorway are some 1,2 billion - and so far, about one third of that has been secured.

With situation in Montenegro still somewhat unclear, Serbia's attention upon completion of the motorway to Pozega might shift towards construction of Pojate-Preljina motorway -as well as the northeastern section of Corridor 11, Pancevo-Vrsac-Timisoara (RO).

What about a motorway from Pozega to Sarajevo? I was looking on the Republika Srpska motorway company's site and there is a map where they plan an expressway towards the serbian border.

Btw any info about the tender for the 2nd profile of some part of the Beograd ringroad?Today it was the deadline to open the offers.

That's not a plan, it's a wish list.
Serbia also has it's wish list and it looks something like this

That 'wish list' could become reality in let's say some 15 years.

I hope so.
But for now, without secured financing or even without finished projects, it's just a wish list.

Belgrade - The next month will be ready for the implementation of two sections of the highway from Belgrade to Montenegro, says Infrastructure Minister Milutin Mrkonjic.

Mrkonjić added that the continuation of the highway towards the border with Montenegro will depend on the attitude of the new government.

Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs of Montenegro Andrija Lompar said that Montenegro with the European Investment Bank to review the documentation for the construction of the highway from Bar to Belgrade and that the report should be completed by mid-July.

The report, he said, should show whether Montenegro can finasnira highway on such a scale and standard.

Lompar said that, after the first signals of the EIB and other banks, the answer will be positive and Montenegro will be able to provide the funds.

According to him, by the end of this year will be quite some dynamics and the financial model of the highway that will connect Serbia and Montenegro.
