Anyway, I'll contact you locals before the trip, to get myself better acquainted of what to do and what not to miss while there.

I wish I could spin the E70 clockwise and point it towards Timisoara. Afterall, we have a motorway to HU border, so that E70 would be a nice link to Romania.

Yes, partially (south of Belgrade) ... in Serbia, road numbers are inherited from former Yugoslavia
North of Belgrade E-75 is #22

in Yugoslavia #1 road was Skopje - Belgrade - Zagreb - Ljubljana
Now this road is in Macedonia M1 (E75), in Croatia is A3 (E70), in Slovenia is A2 (E70).

Oh yeah. So 1 is E70 from Sid to Beograd and E75 from Beograd to Nish and further south to FYR Macedonia. and from Beograd north to Hungary it is 22.
What about Nish-Bulgaria motorway? What is its number?

Motorway E-75 Novi Sad - Subotica was completed last year

Thanks a lot Sallae.
But why 1.12 and not an independent number?

I don't know, these are old numbers ...

They are branches of #1
1.9 connects Vrsac to #1
1.10 Smederevo to #1
1.11 Kragujevac to #1
1.12 Pirot to #1
1.13 Vlasina Lake to #1

Judging after how I saw the traffic in Belgrade I must say that there will be a huge traffic conflict point on Despota Stefana Boulevard, but it's still a better solution than what you have right now.

Btw, here's another small project whose result you might have appreciated on your visit to Serbia Open had it not been delayed by a few decades - its realization could finally begin next year:

It's the road leading towards this underpass ...

It won't be build like that, and the traffic conflict at Despota Stefana Blvd will be avoided.

my parents was in Turnu Severin, case the new border crossing was opened recently,
althought city is not big and beautifull as Temisvar, it has nice shoping areas, so we from east Serbia are going in Drobeta, and Romanians are shoping in Negotin beacuse its cheaper, they say

I really hope this will not happen, this tunnel would destroy the remains of the Roman castrum lying underground at this exact location, and who knows what else.
