It is as displayed.

Going from north, you get the Batajnica , where from till Zemun it is 6 km 2 +2 lanes, then driver has 3 +3 lines to the south exit of city. Speed limit here is 60 - 80 kmh, but it is , mostly, stop and go type of driving.

If you are lucky, you could pass all this in 30 minutes , but do not bet on it during summer season.

3+3? isn't 3+3 only over bridge over Sava?

PS.

It's made 1969. I think that it is 40th anniversary of this section through Belgrade, this year.

What's the difference? It's still 2+2 on the pics.

Are you sure? The first motorway in Yugoslavia was built in 1972 (Vrhnika - Postojna).

Those look like on- and offramps to me. On the last photo it looks to me like a (narrower) lane for slow vehicles.

Oh, you mean with emergency lanes? That's correct then. Batajnica - Zemun isn't a motorway though, but a 4-lane road with intersections and traffic lights IIRC (and one sharp curve).

Right, it s not a motorway, it s just a local connection street between some BGD-s suburbs.

That should change after the construction of Batajnica-Dobanovci section of bypass highway.

Because of 40-60 billion dollars damage to Serbian infrastructure, and thousands of dead people maybe?

That was sarcasm ... Your moderator keeps asking Bulgarians here and there why we care so much about another war that lasted for a couple of weeks and there you have it - pretty much for the same reasons

Wiki:

Gazela (Serbian Cyrillic: Газела, meaning gazelle) is the most important bridge in Belgrade, Serbia, across the Sava river. It is a part of the city highway and it lies on European route E75, on the highway passing through the wider city center, connecting Belgrade with Niš to the south, and Novi Sad to the north. It was designed by a group of engineers led by Milan Đurić and built in 1966-1970, by Belgrade company Mostogradnja.
The bridge is 332 m long and 27.5 m wide, with three lanes in each direction, and total road width of 21.8 m. It is constructed as a combination of beam and arch, with shallow-frame beam and diagonal steel-concrete abutments. The maximum height of the span centre is 22.8 m at median water level.
The bridge is the chief connection line between city center and New Belgrade, and also carries the transit traffic on E70 and E75 highways through Belgrade. As such, it is extremely overloaded and a cause of frequent congestion, as it leans on the main Belgrade's Mostar interchange. On average over 160,000 vehicles cross it everyday (notwithstanding the impeded flow), even though it was designed to be used by 40,000. The long overdue reconstruction of the bridge is scheduled for the end of 2007, and the relief of congestion problem is expected when the Belgrade bypass (scheduled for 2008) and an additional bridge over Ada Ciganlija are completed. The residents of Belgrade fear that the reconstruction-related bridge closure will worsen the already difficult problem of traffic congestion in the city, especially since it will coincide with Pančevo bridge reconstruction, scheduled for the spring of 2008. The authorities are trying to reassure the public that the bridge will not be closed until the bypass (already behind the schedule) is completed, but the experts and the public remain suspicious.

Another proof of 'eastearn-europe-is-shithole' kind of attitude In my 1973/74 Shell atlas Road 1 in Belgrade is shown as 1X2 and u/c

Maybe the Gazela bridge was opened in 1970, but not the rest.
