If yes then it is totally misplaced and way to short
It's replaced in the meantime:

Bit of a heads up to anybody driving in/out of Serbia - there's increased police presence on the northern border with Hungary due to a sudden mass exodus of people from Serbia's poorest region of Kosovo & Metohija...some tens of thousands have tried to reach EU borders since beginning of this year, with entire families crossing through the frozen woods & streams in dead of winter

Hungary is now even considering putting up a fence along its border with Serbia.

Yet, Serbia is not immune to what has become a global trend - growing gap between the rich & poor. Apparently, following a series of wise investments and cooperating weather, the country's ski resorts have never been more packed with avid skiers & snowboarders.

Couple of fresh videos concerning drives to some of these mountain resorts:

Latest SAT patrol to the most popular ski center of Kopaonik, in central Serbia:

Drive to Zlatibor (Tornik) in western Serbia:

Brezovica, in southern Serbia:

Last years SAT patrol to Stara Planina ski resort in Eastern Serbia:

Not Hungary, but one local politician from the Asotthalom has said that, who is btw extreme nationalist and leader of "The Sixty-Four Counties Youth Movement", advocating for the unification of all ethnic Hungarians that live outside of Hungary and the revision of Trianon Treaty from 1920, which defined the current borders of the Hungarian state.

I think they can also use Republic of Kosovo documents to get a temporary pass. Some people illegally cross the "administrative line" in border villages where there's no border crossing.

It's not because they have to finish other section.
You can enter on that section, but you can't exit it.

Patrol of Serbia-Hungary border crossings.

Damn shame what's happening. Father with his two & five year old daughters walked 10km through the cold fields to try and get to Hungary

^ Nothing to do with road infrastructure in Serbia.... Its a great thing that Kosovo citizens can now travel with official Republic of Kosovo ID cards but the video has nothing to do with the thread you are posting in.

No, nothing to do with road infrastructure itself (hey, it IS a slow news month!) , but like any other event - environmental or otherwise, it can cause delays when crossing the border in/out of Serbia, due to heavily increased police patrols & border checks - so it's worth letting people know what might await them

For example, here's another event worth reporting on...this time, in western Serbia, Ibar highway:

Since the borders were mention.. is there any plan to be reconstructed highway from Prokuplje to the border with Kosovo in Merdare? That highway is in really bad shape:
