M4.1 Žabljak-Jasenovo Polje (partly former R5). The M4.1 did exist in Yugoslavia near Novo Mesto, nowadays Slovenia.

Oh, your're right! It's not signed as M4.1 in Google Maps, just in OSM. What a moronic numbering... I wonder who had that idea...

Risan - Vilusi is also new numbered as M4 in OSM. Insane...

What will be next? They will finish the missing link around Beli Potok or they will build the missing second carriageway from Ostruznica?

Belgrade, 19 Jan 2016 – Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic announced today that the bridge over the Sava River near Ostruznica, which is part of the project of construction of the Belgrade ring road as part of Corridor 10, should be completed by March 2018.

Vucic, who attended the marking of the beginning of construction of the bridge, said that the value of this project is RSD 3.57 billion and that it is financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB) under very favourable terms.

He said that this road will be approximately two kilometres long and will be built parallel to the existing bridge, as part of the construction of the second lane of the motorway on the Belgrade ring road.
Are there already ongoing works for the bridge or the "A1 section with the bridge", e.g. east of the river?

The 'last' section from Resnik to Bubanj potok is the most important 'un-built' motorway in Serbia today. Resources should have been allocated from other motorway projects years ago to complete this section. At least as a 'half' motorway at first.
