Guys, do you have some Slovak signs in Vojvodina or Slovaks use Serb names?

Yes we have. See here an ethnic map of Romania based on the last official census. The white lines represent the administrative boundaries of localities and the different colors represent localities inhabited mostly by other nationalities. The areas inhabited by Slovaks (Slovaci) are shown in red. Of course, there are representatives of other nationalities throughout the entire territory where ethnic Romanians are the majority, and there are Romanians in all localities where other nationalities represent the majority.

the problem with this map is that rromales are not well represented, in contradiction with what actually is in romania. so, i do not trust this map. but everyone can think what they want

Speaking of Romania, the country's ambassador to Belgrade was on hand today to help open works on the Vrsac bypass, as well as promote "Corridor 11" as a new pan-European transport vein:

Quote:
Corridor 11 to become official European road linking four countries

Vrsac, 17 Sept 2010 – Minister of Infrastructure Milutin Mrkonjic and Montenegrin Minister of Transport, Maritime and Telecommunications Andrija Lompar signed a request to the EU to recognise Corridor 11 as the official European Road which will connect Italy, Montenegro, Serbia and Romania.

Mrkonjic explained that this is a letter of intent of the four countries that relevant ministers of Italy and Romania are about to sign.

He pointed out that Corridor 11 will connect Bari-Bar-Belgrade and Timisoara.

The document will be sent to the European Commission by the end of September that on 15 October should verify the request, he stated.

Then we will be able to receive funds for the implementation of the project, and then we can start working on this road at an accelerated pace, said the Minister.

Lompar said that the request will be forwarded to the EU as soon as possible to ensure that the Corridor 11 project officially enters into the main European transport network.

He explained that, if all parties agree, the corridor could be extended from Timisoara to Bucharest.

Ambassador of Belgium to Serbia Denise de Hauwere, whose country chairs the EU, said that the Corridor 11 important as the development of economy and tourism.

Italian Ambassador to Serbia Armando Varicchio said Italy fully supports the project and noted that the construction of Corridor 11 will make Serbia closer to the EU.

Romanian Ambassador to Serbia Ion Macovei pointed out that the construction of Corridor 11 is a very important project for the country, noting that it will make the four countries closer.

Director of the World Bank Office in Serbia Loup Brefort said that the World Bank is ready to enter into negotiations on the financing of works on Corridor 11.

It is a map based on an official census. When it comes to a census, the agents puts you a set of questions (age, occupation, sex, ethnicity, religion). If - for some reasons - a Rroma declare himself and his family Romanians, that's how the census would reflect their status.
And there is another matter: the Rroma community doesn't represent a majority almost nowhere in Romania. Of course, there are some Rroma villages, but that's all. In almost all situations, Rroma are just minorities living in localities with Romanian or Hungarian majority, and the map above only reflect the ethnicity of the majority living in those localities.
But we are waaay off-topic in a Serbian thread about motorways . Sorry, guys!

Gypsies are more dispersed into the general population than all the other ethnic minorities, so there are fewer places where they constitute the majority, despite their numbers.

Late January/early February of next year is the deadline though they may actually finish it earlier, maybe in time for Christmas
