I didn't even know this thread existed. If the government promises come through there will be a lot of development to report from here too. I have some pictures I'll add later.

This is the first offshore photo of San Fernando I ever seen. You can see the crane in the far right. I don't know if that was for the building of the Chancery Lane Complex or the renovation of the General Hospital. As you can see a tall structure there, and an unknown date when this was taken. Nice shots. The govt should have some kinda historic/landmarks division for maintaining those historic buildings. We're loosing them.
