This is the first offshore photo of San Fernando I ever seen. You can see the crane in the far right. I don't know if that was for the building of the Chancery Lane Complex or the renovation of the General Hospital. As you can see a tall structure there, and an unknown date when this was taken. Nice shots. The govt should have some kinda historic/landmarks division for maintaining those historic buildings. We're loosing them.

This building is really beginning to take shape now. It is 17 floors, with a shopping mall, library and offices.
