That's because the population is very low and they are making a Dubai out of a fishing village. Read up on why the project is being built and what is the fuss about it.

Thanks for posting those pics - fascinating to see the real place. I had no idea the mountains and landscape were so dramatic. I think Gwadar has a lot of potential, especially as its on the main shipping route, I think it has a deep port so cargo ships can dock - I built my container port where the existing cranes are. The beaches too look great.

Yeah, there is a lot of construction going on but the problem is the population isn't large enough yet for anything major. The port facilities just recently opened and they are now begining phase 2 of the project. We also have trouble attaining pictures because the city is very far from Pakistani urban centers and towns. It is sort of completely seaperate from the country.

Everythings made and rendered in cinema4D. The first pic is the real place, Gwadar in Pakistan, below is my render from the same vantage point.

The first pic is the real place Gwadar where they are attempting to turn a village into Dubai.

yes, when you say "such stuff is sick" or "looks sick" it means its great. You can check it out on a simple Google Search.

Why would the word sick means such thing is something only natural english speakers can answer.
