There's also a short section of E411 without lights near the "Euro space center"(Or maybe they added some)?

Expensive crash on E19 north of Antwerpen. Two Dutch trucks crashed. One was carrying Mercedes cars.

Another crash occurred near Zemst. I believe we have a forum member from that town.

Yup

I was still sleeping when it took place, otherwise I would've gone to see whether I could take some pictures or not.

Greetings,
Glodenox

Wow.... that last pic. Trucker should be lucky if he's still alive.

He got injured, but he's still alive. Looking at where his cabin is positioned after the crash, I think owes his life to the fact that the trailer he was transporting was pretty much empty.

Greetings,
Glodenox

So, where are we working on or highways today?
Everywhere!

And still traffic jams at 13.40...

E19 is particularly bad north of Antwerpen. There is only one lane available (the motorway carries 70 000 vehicles per day), hence a near-continuous 20 kilometer traffic jam there.

I like the Peugeot.

Two major accidents on Belgian freeways this afternoon, 3 trucks collided on E17 near Deinze and 4 trucks collided on E313 near Ham. Both accidents caused dozens of kilometers of traffic jam and delays in the hours.

unfortionally there isn't one day going by without a serious accident on a Belgian highway. Is there on the Dutch highways?

Of course there are accidents in the Netherlands all the time as well, but I think the frequency of these severe truck accidents is higher in Belgium. I think the lack of motorway traffic management has to do with it, as well as the high density of truck traffic.
