Excuse me cinxxx, I don't remember tunnels at the end of A95 and beginning of B2, but I know they are building the Oberau bypass which consists in a tunnel. Is this it? Did they manage to open the bypass?

I think I misled you.
There was STAU at last exit Eschenlohe.
So we decided to take the exit, and entered B2 a little earlier then when the A95 ends in it, like this http://goo.gl/maps/ufz6M there you can see also the 2 tunnels.
We encountered STAU later when the roads merged, so we didn't really save much, but at least saw some tunnels

Is there any permits to transport waste on German motorways or "B"- roads?

Depends on the kind of waste.

What would be the best option to drive from Ingolstadt to Berlin on a Friday morning (more precisley 23.Nov)? What about returning on Sunday?
Thanks!

A9 all the way. Congestions are rather limited on that road.

I saw now that there is also the possibility of going by train.
One fare ticket is 29€, so 58€ for the whole trip.
If I would buy them from now

Even better. The earlier you book, the cheaper you get to travel on the ICE.

The thing is my gf is going there 3 days earlier for a medical congress.
And we thought I should come to for the weekend and return together.
She is leaving by ICE anyway with another colleague. It could get cheaper for us if I drive there and we all return together. But if I don't convince someone else to come with, I don't like driving alone 500km.

You'll only be alone one-way, and its not that far, and fairly quiet after Nürnberg, so you can do it in 4 hours if you put your foot down...

Ok. Then if we are still on this topic:
- any tips about decent and affordable acomodation in Berlin?
- if acomodation has no parking, where to leave the car?

I stayed at B&B Hotel Berlin-Potsdamerplatz, decent and quite cheap. I payed 65€ per night for a double room. They also have Parkplatz, I can't remember how much it costed but it wasn't expensive.
The only drawback is that it's 1 km from nearest U-Bahn, in Potsdamerplatz.

The road transportations of hazardous materials (toxic, flamable, etc...) anywhere in the EU is stricly regulamentated, no matter if they are usable products or waste. Only autorized vehicles are allowed to be used and they must carry special signs depending of the kind of substance.
