Might be largely clear of snow. They ski here in the summer at 3250 metres in Hintertux, nearby, but only because its a glacier and the snow is crap.

Can we please limit each post to a maximum of 10 photos? Depending on where I am, it can take up to five minutes to load one of these pages. It also makes it prohibitively expensive to visit ssc using my iPhone.

Hmm, I emptied my buffer and it took only about 4 seconds to load all photos again. I did resize them to 800 px to save space but unfortunately SSC does not offer a "spoiler" option.

Smartphones are a step back in internet development in some ways. Previously people complained about photos because they didn't fit in their 1024px resolution or 20 kb/s internet connection, nowadays everyone has a wide resolution and fast cable internet and people start using internet forums with smartphones, again complaining about size/speed.

It's not just about smartphones. I was in the Falkland Islands this summer and probably spent an extra 100 euro on Internet charges -- just for ssc photos -- all of which was viewed on my laptop.

Most of the time I use the SSC Android app because I am always on the road. I can't see all the pictures being posted.

I don't think we should really take into account who's connecting from Falkland Islands

I think most smartphones do have an option not to download photos over a certain size. That way you see buttons, avatars and layouts, but not photos.

September 1st, I was travelling from La Ciotat to Czech Republic, i decided to use A51 to GAP a next throught N85 to Grenoble, in place of A7, because I supposed that the A7 will be overload by departures from south.
I think the south part of A51 is very nice highway and i have to ask, when or if will be A51 finished? Thanks

It seems not to be part of SNIT's plan, but that might change with the new administration. I'm not aware of any major pronouncements yet from the Hollande administration of major public works projects.

The very famous French outpost in the Southern Seas. Any more States claiming them? No?

Whatever. How many divisions do you have? (You remember Stalin's famous questions: "How many divisions does the Pope have?"?)
