What is the A84 (E03) then? It enters Britain Brittany. But AFAIK the upgrade of some dual carriageways (Namely E50, E60 and the remainder of E03) to motorway status is planned.

where did you go? to versailles? I like the beginning of A13, starts like a substandard 2x2 expressway on viaduct beside Seine, and then after a tunnel that digs literally into houses becomes a real motorway.

Nice. A5 is a blast to drive, very little traffic (even the six-lane part has very little traffic) and some rolling hills. It can be a bit boring though.

The A5 will get more traffic when the A319 opens (projected for 2018 last I knew).

Yes, it was a nice and relaxing drive. However I've been there on a sunday afternoon, I don't know how is the traffic during weekdays. Also on A19 traffic was almost nonexistant.

median barrier looks unsafe though, opposite lanes are too close to each other, and it is to low.
