Oh Gosh! it really seems like the price of villas have significantly increased over the past year in Dubai. and theres a shortage of freehold villas. Are there any more villa developments to come? All i c is apartments shooting up all over the place

Wheres my best chance of getting a half decent villa and how much is it going to cost me

Does anyone know roughly how much my property in TIMEPLACE is now worth.

1 bedroom 703sq with rd view no balcony.

Some advice would be appreciated

i would put it anywhere between dhs 900 and dhs 1100 per sq ft... depending on your floor and views

If you check out the thread for 'The Point' which has just been released by Dubai Select, someone has posted the list prices along with sq footage.

That might give you an indication.

As I said - this might give you an indication. There are cheaper ones at the back of the Point with less of a view so just make a nominal adjustment for the road view in TimePlace.

Yes but poeple like to but it directly from developer and may not pay the same amount when it is sold indirectly. However, since time place is a great tower i think it should sell easily at this price.

a timeplace studio which is still available, 34th (top floor) with road view/SZR facing was about 550.000 Dhs if i remember right.

it was launched after the recent design changes.

the penthouse is pretty cheap.. if it is the same i have seen in earlier times, e.g no redesign, then it should be awesome.
