Paee Jaan KB Sb, the intercontinental hotel used to be in front of our car parking before we left the ETC building(adjacent to Marriott) after that suicide bombing. The building as of today is standing as it is (as it used to be in last october), i saw no worker on site two weeks back, the structure seems to be completed but nothing happening to start finishing structure. And for State life building its also standing as it used to be, may be i can refer you some old pic. But nothing has changed on structure as yet.

what abt grand hyatt . any pics on that one

the work on grand hayatt has been stopped due to the clashes between owners and contractors ( the construstion company ). so we have to wait when they resolve these clashes. and this is due to the sudden price escalation of construction material specially iron.

Bhai Jan, Grand Hyatt bhee dead stop hai, plz refer to my last pics in that thread, it stands right there. In fact in Islamabad,WTC,Goldcrest,Grand Hyatt,Intercontinental all are stopped, must be because of liquidity position by banks. Let's hope the coming interest cut regenerates some work on these projects.

Where u will stay? This hotel is not even started.........

Their website(Avari Group's website) is not even showing this project..........
