Too bad it has just started. If you talk about construction speed, avare isn't doing good as others. Cladding has just started at lower floor but structure progress is already up to 25storey high. Thats pretty slow on architectural part. And this hinder most of the interior work;e.g. marble laying, plaster ceiling, paintings and cabinets work to start off.

Take a look at kResidence and cimb tower project. Their cladding work is fast catching up with the structure progress. Both structure and architectural work commencing at top speed.

Agree, K Residence is doing very good. And: Nobody would have thought so two years ago!

as said by james.. work in the interior of the building has alot to catch up to do.. some of the ceiling still has'nt been fit up properly.. and its already 32 storeys high..

i dun know laa.....

the cladding is a bit disappointing to me. i put my expectations too high on this project. From the rendering, i tot that the cladding will be like PTT, but it turned out to be green and white. i dun know, just wait until the cladding is complete, maybe it will turned better.

memot jr, the cladding has a protective sheet thats yet to reveal the final look. I sense it ll turn out better.
