One of the Shanghai IFC towers will house the HSBC and the shortest highrise houses a Ritz Carlton Hotel. The other office tower has yet to be leased out.

This is one of the most impressive projects I've seen in Pudong which is not a supertall. It would really be cool to see this one finish

There will be 3 buildings....From the tallest, HSBC-Ritz Carlton and the shortest 20 Storey tower will house Shanghai newest W Hotel.

impressive progress and for the size of the land would've been nice if they built three supertalls instead but guess the jin mao, SWFC takes precedence and must be visible

SO, in Lujiazui only we have now:

- Grand Hyatt in Jin mao
- 2 Towers for Shangri-la
- 2 Towers for Marriot

comming:

-Park Hyatt in SWFC
-Ritz Carlton in SIFC1
-W in SIFC2

That only 8 hotels???

those are only the luxury hotels, there are many others available. Last time I stayed in Novotel hotel it's pretty good. you can go to ctrip.com to find out how many of them are in Pudong area.

great update first pic i've seen of IFC from the ground its rising very fast when are they expecting to start on tower 2
