Very beatiful, very historical, and its huge too. I think that just Cartagena will have an historical charge in Colombia like that charge that Bogotá actually have.

i think the one you are reffering to is actually one of the many libraries in Bogota...called Virgilio Barco (if i recall correctly)...and although in the pic it looks pink actually its is brick, very common form of construction in colombia.

Bella y hermosa Bogota

As a Mexican and Latinoamerican I am ashame to say I did not know a lot about Bogota and Colombia. However, I must say that it looks like a great city!!! With beauty and charm, with history and modernity. Congratulations to the people of Colombia for having such a great city. It is a shame that most of the feedback that the world receives from Colombia is that one related with drugs and political problems when you are in reality such a great country, with beautiful people and one of the most biodiverse countries in the world.

Greetings

lo bonito que tiene Bogotá (entre miles de cosas) son las fallas geologicas que la rodean.

Bogota is one of the largest cities in the world (with over 8 million inhabitans is among the 30 largest cities in the world.).
The city dates from the first half of the 16th century.
A very old city, the turbulent historical past ...
In the old city center, is clearly visible Spanish influence in the architecture...

I know plenty of Spanish. As you can see reading and writing are not my strong suits though.
