IMO, This is one of, if not the most beautiful skyscraper outside Metro Manila. Balanced and symmetrical - The colors are outstanding as well.

Its nice to see this tower, esp when onboard a ship. So far this is the most original scraper of cebu.

That building was completed when I was still in highschool more than 7 years ago. Does it really have to be in completed projects thread?

^Hmm, why not? Some of the older 'scrapers here like Pacific Star and Pacific Plaza Condominiums in Makati dates back to the late '80s and early '90s

I'd like to know your comments/ideas.

I'm working on this building. and I observe that:

- Its somewhat illogical/weird/stupid that there is no 'public' stairs from the ground floor to the upper floors. there's a stairwell on the side of the building but its not accessible from the lobby. People have to wait for the elevators even if they only need to go to the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floors (5th flr) - There's no 4th floor in this building. Its a waste of time waiting for the elevators when you can have used the stairs instead.

- The elevators of this building is poorly maintained. Only 4 of 6 elevators function. The other one is reeaaaallly slow. you can't feel the car moving. and sometimes people get stuck inside. too bad.

- Sayang din yung parang waterfall sa lobby.. they don't turn it on except pag may important visitor.
