They're supposed to be starting work soon.
Cant wait to see how it turns out. Also in the works The National Carnival and Entertainment Centre

oh my good!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats one of the best structures i've ever seen in america, of course is has to be on the caribbean, jeje, amazing it will make port of spain one of the most importants cultural places in the caribbean
