300k to 3m would be reasonable. Apartments are overpriced in Perth at the moment.

They may not drop in value but dont expect any capital growth for a few years.

anything over $320k for a standard 1brm apartment in perth is absolutely rubbish. unless you have quality developments then yes by all means jack that shit up but 1brm boxes in tha cbd of perth over $360k is just stupid.

it's stupid and that's all it ever amounts to... who tha hell is anyone for thinking they should be able to get away with pricing it that much... it really peeves me. give me a piece of shit crumbling box in new some other large city than in perth... and you wonder young people wanna fvck off from perth. grr. hiss.

I think Aux is referring to Miss Maud's. While that building certainly needs a serious reno, I meant the buildings to the right in the photo need a smashing ball through them.
